Bronwyn M. Martin Served as One of the Organizers of the Tort Moot Competition for Ontario Law Schools

Bronwyn M. Martin served as one of the organizers of the Tort Moot Competition for Ontario Law Schools which took place on March 3 & 4, 2023. Five Ontario law schools participated in the competition which looked at the med mal case of Florence v Benzaquen. Six Superior Court Judges appeared as guest judges, as well as a number of leading members of the personal injury bar (including Ian Mair). This is the second year this moot took place, and it will hopefully become an annual competitive moot;
