The motion to approve the settlement between the defendant Canadian Western Trust Company (“CWT”) and the CWT Subclass; and the defendant Rene Beauregard and the Beauregard Subclass was heard in front of Justice Casullo on Wednesday, December 14, 2022. Justice Casullo postponed the approval of the settlement, which is to be heard virtually at 9:30am on Tuesday, February 7, 2023. Justice Casullo further scheduled a telephone case management conference between the parties noted above for 9:00am on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, to ensure all appropriate steps are complete and all required documentation is in front of the Court before the February 7, 2023 motion date.
