Position: Senior Litigation Law Clerk
Experience: Fifteen years experience in the investigation and development of personal injury claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. Expertise in computer applications as they relate to civil litigation, including: Case Map/Time Map, CT Summation iblaze, PC Law, Filemaker, Windows 2007, and Adobe Acrobat 8.0 Professional.
Areas of Practice/Clerking: Assists in the preparation of serious personal injury matters of all types, including: brain injuries, paraplegia, amputations, serious fractures, loss of sight, loss of hearing, fibromyalgia and chronic pain; sports and recreation claims; property claims; product liability and accident benefits claims.
